Refund policy

We are unfortunately unable to offer returns and refunds at this moment in time due to our products coming into contact with animals however if there is anything wrong with your order, please contact us and we will try to rectify it.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges
We are not obliged to offer exchanges due to our products being in contact with animals however at the discretion of us and upon each individual circumstance, we may be able to solve any issues

European Union 
Unfortunately due to the changes in the law, we are unable to ship the the EU currently
